Free Hosting Manager is an open source CPanel/WHM Account Creator designed for free hosting companies. It is coded with PHP and MySQL. Our aim is to make free hosting management as easy, simple and hassle-free as possible.
* Open Source - Learn how PHP works by reading our script. All of the script source is readable, but is copyrighted to Free Hosting Manager (© 2008).
* Free - Our script is 100% free. You don't want to be having to fork out more money for paid billing software, especially if you are on a free host.
* Easy to Use - Whether you are a web hosting expert, or just a beginner, Free Hosting Manager is easy to use for every user.
Administration CP
* Design - Excellant admin CP design with easy navigation.
* Total Management System - Have total control of the configuration. Control system configuration, email configuration and TOS configuration.
* Easy Communication with Admins - You can private message other admins to talk to them.
* Edit Email Templates - Edit the template of emails that are sent out. You can edit the subject and body of: account created email, email validated email, (un)suspended email, terminated email.
* Control Who Signs up - Give access keys to people you know, and restrict people from signing up without a valid access key. Doing this will only let the people you gave the access key signup.
* Banning System - The Banning system is a highly effective way of banning trouble-makers. You can ban IPs, restrict IPs from ordering again (in a time limit), and you can also lookup IPs using the IP Whois.
* Control Your Users - Control every aspect of your customers. You can create accounts, suspend accounts, unsuspend accounts and terminate accounts from your Admin Control Panel.
* Statistics - View stats of how many people have signed up in different months.
* Security - Maxiumum security is guaranteed with our system. We have tested the script for security flaws in every possible way. Passwords are MD5 encrypted to ensure your password is fully secure.
* Control Your Admins - Control what other admins can access. Select their level (full or limited) and choose what they are allowed to access.
* Contact Your Clients - Newsletter feature allows you to email all of your clients about news, updates etc using our fabulous WYSIWYG editor. You can also email individual clients using the email feature.
* Script News and Details - View details of the script including the version, when it was installed and more. You can also view the latest news on the main admin panel.
* Packages - Create, edit and delete packages. Includes advanced details like the number of MySQL databases, Email accounts etc. You can also add a short descripton of package.
* Subdomains - Create, edit and delete subdomains. Users can signup with subdomains if you add subdomains, but if you have not added any subdomains, users can only signup with a domain name.
* Advert Addon - Have your advertisements shown on the order page, easily and effectively. Only shown on Step 1 and 6 so that the order process is not cancelled.
* Order Management - View all the orders made by your users in a simple interface and create/delete their order. You can view orders by IP on the IP Orders page.
* Support (new) - The new support system allows you to support your users in an easy and convenient way. You can answer support tickets created by your users.
* Forced Ads Module (new) - The new forced ads module allows you to force ads on your users' websites earning you money from PPC programs. Click here for more information.
* Logs - All emails, logins, failed logins, suspensions, unsuspensions and password reminders are logged for your security.
* Admin User CP - Manage your admin account from within the Admin Control Panel

* Banning - You can ban troublesome clients from your system by IP or by client username.

Installation Script
* Manual Install (new) - Manually install the script. Enter the required details and copy/paste the configuration file and dump the MySQL database queries. Recommended for advanced users or users having problems using the installation wizard.
* Wizard Install - Install the script easily using the Install Wizard in 7 steps. Creates all MySQL tables automatically, inserts all MySQL information, writes to the configuration file, optimizes the database and auto-locks installer for security (creates install.lock file). This method takes a few minutes and recommended for beginners and intermediate users.
* Reinstall - You can reinstall the script at any time. You must enter the existing root admin username and password to proceed.
* Secure - Install script is 100% secure. You need to delete the install.lock file to install for security reasons. You do not need to remove the install directory after installing.
* Error Checking - On both install methods, information you enter is checked for errors. It will also check for WHM or MySQL connection errors in the wizard, and its optional in the manual install method. |
